Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard & Express Shipping: Average delivery time is within 24 to 48 hours depending on the destination across India. In rare remote cases, delivery updates will be communicated in advance.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges, if any, are calculated transparently at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Order Tracking: You can check real-time order status in the My Orders or Order Tracking section once your order is placed.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return policy is designed to be straightforward:
- Eligibility: Return and request replacement or new order within 3 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include the original invoice and accessories.
- Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@kwicktronix.in with your Order ID.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories and invoice.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different model or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@kwicktronix.in with unboxing photos/video. Replacement will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
