1. Orders and Cancellations

Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website. Upon payment confirmation, your order enters the processing phase.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. To do so, contact us at support@kwicktronix.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Processed or Shipped Orders: If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance upon delivery.
Digital Products / Services: Cancellations for digital software licenses or services are governed by product-specific terms shown at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed instantly as soon as verified payment is received.
Delivery Time: Average delivery time is within 24 to 48 hours depending on your delivery address and carrier transit factors.
Tracking: A tracking number and live AWB status link is emailed and texted to you once your order ships.

3. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: Return and place a replacement order within 3 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original tamper-evident packaging, and include the original invoice and accessories.
Initiating Returns: Email support@kwicktronix.in for return authorization before dispatching the product back.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is recommended.
Refunds: If approved after inspection, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products: Contact us immediately at support@kwicktronix.in with unboxing media for swift replacement within 5 to 7 days.
